Las Olas and Las Brisas Condominiums offer both ocean and golf course views.  The towers are 24-stories with 4-units per floor.  The units are 2 and 3 bedroom and 3 baths.  Average size of each unit is 1780square feet and average pricing is from $370,000.00 to $630,000.00.

Paseao Las Olas are Town Homes that offer 1200 square feet of living space, 3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths and land size of 900m2.  These Homes are priced in the $415,000.00 - $578,000.00 range.
